Duties:
**U.S. citizenship only, no dual citizenship**

As a Data Analyst specializing in AI integration, you will leverage data analytics and artificial intelligence to optimize our processes and decision-making capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
AI Integration and Implementation:
Identify opportunities for AI/ML applications within existing processes.
Collaborate with engineers to develop, test, and deploy AI models.
Ensure AI models are aligned with business objectives and deliver actionable insights.
Process Optimization:
Analyze current workflows and identify areas for automating and optimizing using AI.
Design and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and measure the impact of AI solutions on business processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into AI solutions.
Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Provide training and support to team members and end-users on AI tools and methodologies.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest AI and data analytics trends and technologies.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying new tools, techniques, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and collaborative projects to share knowledge and enhance team capabilities.
Data Governance and Compliance:
Ensure data integrity, quality, and security within AI systems.
Follow industry standards and best practices for data management and AI ethics.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Skills:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on AI integration.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and models.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Beneficial to have:

Master's Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a closely related field.
